These terms apply to every holiday package booked with TipTapGo — on this website, by phone, on WhatsApp or at our office. Please read them before you pay. Making a booking means you have read and accepted them.
TipTapGo is a sole proprietorship operated by Kaif Solkar, trading as TipTapGo, with its place of business at Shop No. S-174, Plot No. 47, Fantasia Business Park, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703. In these terms, “TipTapGo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that business. “You” means the person making the booking and everyone travelling on it.
Our office: Fantasia Business Park, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703. Email sales@tiptapgo.in, phone and WhatsApp +91 98190 57929.
We design and sell holiday packages within India. A package combines services such as hotel stays, road transfers, sightseeing and meals. These services are delivered by independent suppliers — hotels, transport operators, activity providers and others — whom we choose and book on your behalf. We are responsible for arranging your package as described; each supplier is responsible for the service it provides, under its own rules as well as these terms.
If a hotel or service in your quote becomes unavailable before we can reserve it, we will offer you an alternative of a similar standard. If you do not accept it, you may cancel and receive a full refund of what you have paid for that booking.
Your package includes exactly what is listed as included on your quote and itinerary. Unless clearly listed, the following are not included:
You may ask to change your travel date, travellers or hotels after booking. Changes are subject to availability. For each change you pay any difference in price charged by the suppliers, plus a TipTapGo change fee of ₹1,000 per change. Reducing the number of travellers counts as a part-cancellation. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Room upgrades, a different hotel, or extra activities can be arranged on request. We will confirm the price before making any change.
If you cancel, the charge depends on how many days before your travel date we receive your cancellation:
We never charge more than what you have paid. Full rules, examples and refund timings are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, accidents and loss of baggage. Ask us and we can help you arrange it.
We are not responsible for failing to deliver, or for delays to, any part of your package caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, floods, landslides, heavy snow, extreme weather, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, strikes, curfews, civil unrest, road or airport closures, and failures of transport or power.
If such an event stops your trip from going ahead, we will offer a new date or refund whatever we are able to recover from the suppliers, after deducting any costs already spent. Extra costs arising during the trip — such as additional hotel nights, meals or transport — are payable by you.
You agree to compensate us for any loss, damage, fine or legal cost we suffer because you or someone on your booking broke these terms, gave us false information, broke the law, or damaged a supplier's property during the trip.
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
By booking or enquiring, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp about your enquiry and booking — even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) list, because these messages are about a service you have asked for. Offers and newsletters are sent only if you have agreed to them, and you can stop them at any time. We are not responsible for messages that do not reach you because of a wrong email address or number, a full inbox, or a network problem.
If something goes wrong during your trip, tell us straight away on +91 98190 57929 so that we can try to fix it while you are there. A problem we are not told about at the time is often impossible to put right later.
Any other complaint should be sent to our Grievance Officer (section 23) within 30 days of the end of your trip. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to settle a disagreement by talking first. Subject to that, the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Rules, 2021:
Grievance Officer: Kaif Solkar & Dhaval Solank, sales@tiptapgo.in, +91 98190 57929
Office hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you made your booking applies to that booking. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
