The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Cancelling before the date above returns everything paid beyond it.
A booking made within 20 days of travel is paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded.
Where a trip is cancelled by a natural calamity or weather, we pass on the maximum refund our hotels, airlines and vendors release to us.
Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days of being approved.

Balance 50% 15 days before guest arrival
Booking confirmed only after advance is received (applies to ground part only, not tickets)
In peak season (long weekends, festivals, summer holidays) most hotels are 100% non-refundable
Postponement is treated as cancellation
No changes once a package is confirmed
Child Policy: Below 5 yrs: free
5–10 yrs without extra bed: child rate
5–10 yrs and above with extra bed: extra-person rate
Carry age proof – hotels are strict
Other Terms: 5% GST on final invoice
Rates can change without notice; this is a quote, not a booking
Similar hotels if listed ones are unavailable; base-category rooms

AC doesn't work in hill stations
25 Dec & 31 Dec surcharges payable directly at the hotel
No refund for unused services due to weather, illness, strikes or road blocks

Vaishno Devi helicopter tickets open only ~70–75 days before travel
AC doesn't work in high hill areas. Carry a postpaid mobile number in J&K (prepaid SIMs from outside don't work).
